What the site collects
The booking search takes the pick-up place, the drop-off place and the dates you enter and passes them to our booking partner to find cars. The booking itself, including your name, licence and payment details, is taken by the booking partner and the rental company; we never collect or store payment details.
The contact form sends your name, email address, hire dates and message to our mailbox by email, so that we can reply. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) records pages visited, time on the site, the referring website, browser and device type, and an approximate location from the IP address.
How it is used and how long it is kept
Search details are used to show available cars; enquiries to answer you; analytics to see how the site is used and to improve it. Contact messages are kept in our mailbox for up to 24 months after your hire dates have passed and are then deleted, unless you ask for deletion sooner.
Third-party services
The booking partner runs the car search and takes the booking and payment. Google Analytics measures visits. An email delivery service carries contact-form messages to our mailbox. Each has its own privacy policy for the data it handles.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent; you can also complain to a data protection authority. Write to info@carhiremontenegro.com.
